Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply browse our online store, select your preferred lawn mower or garden tool, and add it to your cart. Once you’re ready, proceed to checkout — you can order as a guest or create an account for faster future purchases.
Q: What if the lawn mower I want is out of stock?
A: If an item is out of stock, you’ll see an indicator on the product page. You can contact our support team at support@fasionclose.com to check when it will be restocked or to find a similar alternative.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
A: We process orders quickly, but we’ll do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@fasionclose.com or by phone at +1 (000) 000-0000. Once an order has been marked as “Processing” or “Shipped,” we cannot guarantee modifications.
Shipping & Delivery
Q: Where do you ship?
A: FasionClose currently ships to all addresses within the United States. (You can adjust this if you also ship internationally.)
Q: How long does shipping take?

Order Processing: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Delivery Time: Standard shipping takes around 5–8 business days depending on your location.
You’ll see an estimated delivery date at checkout.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier’s website. Please allow 24 hours for tracking updates.
Q: What should I do if my lawn mower arrives damaged?
A: If your package appears damaged, you may refuse delivery. If you’ve already accepted it and discover damage (e.g., broken parts or dents), please contact support@fasionclose.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage to the mower and packaging.

Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns on most unused and unopened lawn mowers and accessories within 30 days of delivery. Products must be in their original packaging. Used or fuel-filled machines may not be eligible for return due to safety regulations.
Q: How do I start a return?
A: Email support@fasionclose.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions. Please don’t send items back without an RMA.
Q: When will I receive my refund?
A: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Q: Do you offer exchanges?
A: We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. For other cases (like wanting a different model), please return your product for a refund and place a new order.
